Biography

Jasmine Harman is best known for being the face of Channel 4’s award-winning A Place in the Sun, providing families with the option of living their dream life abroad. The show has been on air for over 20 years and ratings only continue to soar, with it now broadcast in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Jasmine fronted a very personal documentary for BBC One called My Hoarder Mum and Me, which followed her family’s attempts to overcome her mother’s Compulsive Hoarding Disorder. This ground-breaking film opened the world’s eyes to the symptoms of hoarding and the show then went on to become a series, Britain’s Biggest Hoarders (BBC One). She is a patron for HoardingUK and went on to set up her own charity Helpforhoarders.co.uk.

Born to Cypriote parents, Jasmine grew up in Hackney, East London and now lives just outside the city with her husband and two children. She is a proud Vegan and Veganuary Ambassador and has even taken her hand to cruelty-free homeware and design. Her beautiful home featured on the cover of Metro Home Magazine amongst others and she won Influencer of the Year Award at PETA 2021 Vegan Homeware Awards. She has spoken openly about her journey through IVF and is passionate about more affordable and accessible IVF for other women.
